What a lovely tribute to your loved ones and to our veterans and their families.
My heart breaks looking at Archaela's tiny foot and hand prints. As a mother who lost a child at birth, I know firsthand the hearbreak of losing an infant. Whenever I think about this, I remember what my grandmother (who lost a 12 year old son) said to me when my daughter died. She said, "A mother is not supposed to outlive her children". How true. Hugs to you and your daughter.
