THANKFUL THURSDAY
This post is possible because of the inspiration of another blogger. She has kindly let me use her Thankful Thursday theme. Go visit her at http://pamperspective.blogspot.com/
1. I am so thankful for a husband that is so talented. He is a fantastic woodworker.
2. I am so thankful that my youngest (Dana) made it to CA, driving by herself, in one piece.

4. I am so thankful that my fibro flare-up seems to be calming down.
5. I am so thankful that I have wonderful people in my life that truly care about me.
6. I am so thankful that I have a most wonderful sister-n-law (Gladeen) and cousin (Tracey) that lets me spew all my frustrations and get them off my chest. And without judging me.
7. And of course, I am so thankful for my beautiful grandson Gunnar.

This and That
I keep thinking to myself... I am going to get a post done, but it hasn't happened so I am just going to write about a little that has been going on!
The L/O is coming along, quite a mess right now but it will get there. I got my computer set up in there and am trying to get all my books in some semblance of order and on the shelves.
My Fibro has kicked in this last week and a half making it hard to think much less get any work done... but I keep plugging along.
I had a nice visit with a wonderful lady on Sunday. She is one of those people that would just do anything for you. I helped her get her computer set up in her office (she also is in the middle of remodeling her home).
I know that I have been busy but the words just wont come right now. So when this flair up calms down I will be back at it.

Over the Weekend
Well, the last few days have been interesting. Not only do we have my youngest staying at home for a few weeks, we have her dog (Dot to the right) as well.
Then on Sat. a stray showed up, very very skinny and in need of TLC. My hubby just fell for this dog... I have never seen him do this before! Normally it is me that thinks we need to save every stray etc. that needs our help. Not this time... IT'S THE HUBBY! I think his name will be Ruger! So now we have 4 dogs 5 when my oldest brings her dog over (I babysit my grandson and Candace's dog Juno) a cat (Misty) and a bird (Sinbad).

On top of that, we are still in a construction zone. But my L/O is almost finished. We got the floor in and my roll top in but Hubby is still putting shelves in on the left under the workspace toward the back.

It is so close!
As you can see the other side is almost done. I am so excited for it to be done!!! In more ways than one! hehe haha
Happy Good Friday to all!
It has been a pretty busy week and a little sad... went to a funeral on Tues. of a dear friend who was 95 years old and he was married for 68 years! They are the most precious couple. I was ok until I saw Lovina (his wife) get out of the car for the service and then it took all I had to not just break down and cry in front of all. He had a wonderful long life that was full of family and serving God with his wife next to him. I know God welcomed him with open arms! I am going over to visit Lovina today before she leaves to go back to CA.
Oh and if you have some time go and visit my daughters site at http://drinksanddiapers.blogspot.com/

What gadget is at the top of your wish list? And a little on my Boo!
I do love gadgets! Right now the one I want the most is a way to plug in my MP3 into the speakers of my truck. I have bought the one that you plug into your lighter but it uses a static channel on your radio in able to hear it through your car speakers. I live in a rural area and so this does not work real well... or I don't know what I am doing! Anyway, I love to listen to books when I am in my car going some place and I love my MP3 but I want it to work in my truck.
And then his Mom teaching him a very bad thing. Sticking his tongue out with food on it! Just because Mom didn't want her picture taken.
And of course I cant quit this post without a picture of my Bug-a-Boo. His first ever... Cinnamon roll.
