A lot has been happening this year!
In April I decided to go into business for myself... I needed to be able to make my own work schedule with both of my daughters getting married sooooo......
I went full circle... In 1984 a friend and I opened a nail salon in Barstow, CA, called Fancy Fingers. I was pregnant with my first child, went to Barstow Beauty Academy, was state licensed as a manicurist and had my daughter all in the first 6 months of that year. A year later I gave up that salon and started working for a salon closer to where my hubby and I lived and about 8 months later started working in my home as a manicurist. At that time I was pregnant with my second child. I worked from my home for most of my girls upbringing. Sooo...
All these years later, never thinking that I would work as a manicurist again, I decided, with the encouragement of a friend, To Come full Circle....
I opened:
FANCY FINGERS PLUS!
This salon has a little more to it than the first salon... of course I do nails (manicures, pedicures, acrylics, wraps, nail art, etc) there is a tanning room and that friend who encouraged me... she is a Certified Massage Therapist, so she has her own room that she works out of...
BODY THERAPY BY ANGIE!
Without My HUBBY and that wonderful FRIEND, FANCY FINGERS PLUS would not exist!
